MM DAY 160
      #411549 - 21/06/2009 18:05

Well my moving more today has involved pushing the hoover around the house and flicking down the cobwebs while singing loudly to whatever played on the CD.
How about everyone else?

Hi WB,
We must have posted at the same time, sorry.I've done very little moving today, just some light weeding in the garden.I've been sitting outside and drinking lots of tea.I'm trying to cut down on alcohol otherwise it would have been wine not tea!

Busy day, gardening and cooking. Had a lovely barbeque in the garden to celebrate Father's Day, just come in as it is getting a little bit breezy.

Have been in the gym and done a 2.5km row, a bike ride for 5 mins (constant cycling at a very fast rate) and some reps on my arms to prevent bingo wings starting!!! At that age if i'm not careful everything will be dragged south!! Enjoying the moving more as it gives me more energy and I look forward to going to the gym. Also been to the tennis at Calderstones park for Fathers Day which was lovely. Lovely walk through the park before you get to the venue.
