walking in lincoln area
      #407627 - 14/06/2009 19:14

Hi everyone interested. Sorry I havent been on the forum-mixture of being away and sorting out the move.
So... there are a few of us up for it then. I am prepared to be the link but not sure where or when to have the first walk. Perhaps we could have an evening walk-tuesday or wednesday good for me and then have a little drink after and then decide what we all want to do.I suggest a 7 pm start-is this ok for all who work-walk for an hour or so for starters and then have a drink-oh dear thats twice ive mentioned drinking-its not the reason I want to walk!! We therefore need the local ladies to choose the place. I agree we should start sooner rather than later so how about next wednesday-24th at a place chosen by one of you who knows the area-the newark side of Lincoln would be best to start with for the lady who lives there. Exciting hey...Just need a venue but suggest we try to stick to this date just for the first time...looking forward to hearing if this is a "goer"...

Hi Andrea
I'm up for it - love the idea of a drink after, never mind that you mentioned it twice - got to be sure we didn't miss it. Anyone have any preference where we meet? Thank you for being the link and at least we can try to get this up and running. Next Wednesday is fine for me.
Sandra

okay-next wednesday, 7pm, but where? I will leave it up to you to decide and I will be there. I drive a blue Clio so look out for me at wherever you decide. Is anyone else interested-lets hope so, I think there were about 4 different people who expressed an interest
