Pimms anyone?
      #403630 - 07/06/2009 17:33

I have given up buying wine as I have discovered a bottle of Pimms lasts a lot longer.Topped up with lemonade and ice cubes with fresh mint, strawberries, cucumber and a slice of lemon. It looks so good and a long glass lasts for ages.

Hi Suzie,

I absolutely love a Pimms, especially on a lovely sunny afternoon, - heaven. (seems like a thing of the past)

Unfortunately, if OH makes a jug full, I assure you it doesnt last for two minutes in this house ha ha.

havent had pimms for a long time - unfortunately when its topped with lemonade and lots of fruit, it tastes like a soft drink to me and i can quaff it until the sun goes down ........ and then ......... it hits you - wine 13% usually, pimms 25% and oh boy does it give me a headache next day ! but a very enjoyable summer drinky
