Am sitting in the office starving and day-dreaming of bread pudding. Can't wait for bread to get stale enough to make it.
Thanks to all for reminding me of this great pudding

Hello everyone

Isn't it strange how this pudding brings back such warm memories?

grumpenscot - I don't always use stale bread - just make it when the mood takes me!

Hi all, I use the same method as Cupcake but on more occasions than not, the outside can become quite "crusty" and hard(ish) - any ideas please as, it should be moist.
Thanks
