Do you really support the W & H forum?
      #379804 - 25/04/2009 15:18

If you have been reading recent posts you cannot fail to notice that we have been experiencing huge problems with the forum.

One of the reasons I subscribe to W & H is the apparent support for and interest in your readers. Consquently I recently joined the forum. The users of the forum are amazing people full of compassion, humour and support. Many people turn to the forum in hours of need and to some it is a lifeline.

I am therefore amazed at the apparent lack of interest that W & H appear to have in how the users feel and what we have to say. We are given this section to give our feedback but seem to get nothing back in return. You mention the forum in every magazine issue but do you really support those of us who use it? Many people are being alienated by your failure to respond.

I am well aware that others have tried and failed to get a response from you but I am forever optimistic and hope that you read this and maybe even give us some answers.

Here's hoping.

Kez
