One thing about the arab men, they like something to get hold of , so Sella, you would obviously be perfect for bellydancing.

Good idea about kids games - we never saw them as exercise, just fun and that's what exercise should be, otherwise it's a chore and eventually you just give up with it.

Sella-Vee..thats great!I have already started too....don't tell MJM she has put her sports kit away, thinking she is getting out of moving!

You are right...7 mnutes is more than yesterday..just think if you did 7 mins more exercise everyday at the end of 90 days you would be doing 90x7 mins more exercise than you were yesterday...someone work it out for me!!

Whitely Bay..I thats right ....every LITTLE helps...thats the attitude we want!!You could walk up and down the stairs a few times, then do some stretches.x

I still play my Mr Motivator video...it's the one set in Australia. I know the script word for word, but I usually stick to the upper body bit as my knees find the rest rather too hard. Oh..maybe that's why that bit has urm, developed?

Have you seen mr motivator recently..his video workouts never did him any harm at all..he doesn't look any older!!
