2009 Programme of Thimble..........
      #298514 - 06/01/2009 14:01

For anyone who might be interested............now don't all rush at once.

I have just put in motion another itemm from this programme. I have joined a pilates class which is held in a clinic with trained physiotherapists. Starting Feb 19th.

That should increase steps on pedometer.

And another item bites the dust............

I'm felling inadequate now, Thimble.

Pilates will be great for your core strength and flexibility, though probably won't count much towards steps unless there's a lot of hospital corridors to walk down!

Hi everyone.....

Chilla that is what I am looking for to start with. Working this alongside the gentle exercise I will be doing as part of my rehab programme should get me well on the road to achieving my goal.

I feel so positive about this year.............

Well done - I've never done Pilates, but I go to a yoga class once a week and it really does help with flexibility and posture (I'm not much good but keep trying!). Hope you enjoy the Pilates x

I wish I had the energy for exercise. I have been struck by the flu bug since 28th Dec. i worked on Xmas and Boxing days and was looking forward to the time off. I have managed two days of work since and got sent back home today. I hope Pilates will be gentler once I have recovered as I feel sluggish. I hope to look up classes held locally without having to belong to a club.
How many times a week does one need to attend to see the results?
