Vitamin supplements for the menopause
      #298427 - 06/01/2009 12:44

Apologies if this has been asked and answered before (memory loss, so bear with me...) but can anyone recommend specific vitamin supplements or combinations to help with the menopause? Someone kindly recommended acupuncture recently and I am thinking about this but wondered about supplements in the meantime...

Menopace are available in the chemist, they are a vitamin and mineral supplement.I took them for a while and felt a lot better.I had a stiff neck and shoulders.

Hi Ashbee, I take maca, its a peruvian plant apparently, no more night sweats, no more mood swings, less bleeding and not nearly so knackered. I get it online

I take Menopace complete which are about £15.00 and would def recommend them, have helped me with my night sweats (i no longer have them) and I have no other symptoms.

Hi Anne18
Do you have the web address for maca, anything that will also stop me feeling knackered would be a god send.
