have joined the W&H diet club!
      #298296 - 06/01/2009 10:50

have just joined the W & H diet club, to finally try and do something about the weight, which frankly is ruining my self esteem. It looks simple enough to use, and as there is no suitable weight watchers group near me, might be the best way to keep myself on track. I really hope I can make this work.

Well Topaz, it's a step in the right direction so good luck to you! I keep trying to start but this cold weather is making me crave stodgy stuff and I keep giving in!

it does, and you can search by ingredient (eg. chicken) or by meal (eg. lunch). It looks fairly straight forward, and I know from previous dieting episodes (which were successful but put the weight on afterwards), that seeing how much you have eaten or how much wine disappeared in an evening does shame you into eating better . I just have to make sure I do record everything I eat/drink.

I have just joined the W and H diet club. It is easy to use.
Once you put in your own recipies it gets faster to fill in the diary.
I like it because it does not tell you what you can and can not eat.
I would like to chat to others who are using this.
