sorry it was in answer to mjm.........it is the make of a pedometer. I wanted one before xmas and a couple of the ladies here suggested this as they found it great. I find it very good and am very pleased with it.

Blossom ,no loosing 3lbs in a couple of days makes it even worse.WHY would you think that makes it better?

Thimble well done for managing to increase your steps.Pedometers can be addictive,can't they? Twinkle ,you must get one as a few of us are going to use them to motivate ourselves.You probably will be the winner though because you have a secret weapon in the shape of a spaniel.
