Has moving into a separate office made things worse? I wonder if they feel threatened by you - most of the time having a separate office indicates a higher status... If speaking to your boss doesn't help (keep it constructive and let him/her know that you recognise there's a problem and want advice/help on how to resolve it - that way you're being big and grown up and they'll appear childish and petty) perhaps it would be easier to deal with them separately? If one's easier to deal with than the other try the odd friendly comment. If you can get one of them even slightly on side the other will have to follow on.

Hi JustJules Just to say I really feel for you. I think the newly qualified solicitor feels threatened by you, if she had any sense she would recognise your skills and abilities and use you as a good asset.
