Glitterqueen,

I think girlie is lying down, as I was after our class at the gym this morning. She promised me it was an easy class just a bit of stretching and when we arrived the woman had twisted her ankle and we had a 20 year old man who made us do the routine from hell.
I am now walking at an angle of 45 degrees as my calf muscles have completely seized up. I may be taking her award back, I think Secret deserves it more!

hi i'm here - was trying to hope this thread would fade into the distance as for one i'm hugely embarrassed and i really dont deserve the praise i'm getting everyone (but thank you)- it was a free gym pass and its great that someone can make use of it - it is a nice gym and i'm really glad you've enjoyed it suzie except for today of course . yes it was a shock to the system for us all and every part of me aches too (and i'm there pretty much every day ) but aching's good, it means its all working

but tomorrow morning you may not be feeling the same about me suzie
