Southampton and surrounding area + Isle of Wight supper club 14th Jan
      #295915 - 04/01/2009 11:21

Hello everybody and Happy New Year.

The first supper club meeting for 2009 has been arranged - so throw out those turkey leftovers and squeeze into your gladrags (with the elasicated waist) and come along for good food, good fun and good times.

We have arranged our next Supper Club Meeting for Wednesday 14th January and we are going to Kuti's Thai Restaurant on the pier by Town Quay again.

It is a super resturant and so convienient for our forum friends on the Isle of Wight who are to join us again.

http://www.kutis.co.uk/Kutis_Royal_Thai_Pier/index.htm.

Don't worry if you have not tried Thai before you can have it as spicy or mild as you wish - The food is always fabulous at Kuti's whether Indian or Thai.

Have a look at their website above.

As this is by the Isle of Wight ferry we are hoping that even more of our sisters on the Island will join us too. Please pm me and I can put you intouch with other Islanders so you can travel over together.

If you haven't been to one of our suppers yet, please do give us a try - new people are always welcome.

We are just a mixed bunch of ladies out to have a good giggle and a night off from the washing up.

The table is booked for 7.30pm and if you can join us please post on the forum and I will pm you with details of how to find us etc.

Don't be shy, make 2009 a year of new friends and new outings.

Please let me know all who are interested as I will need to be more specific on numbers for table size.

Hope to see both new and familiar faces

Gilley x

Hi Gilley

Thanks for arranging this so close to the ferry terminal again. Barring any more last minute 'lurgies' I'm really looking forward to finally meeting you all. If anyone else from the island is reading this and is thinking of going perhaps we could meet at the ferry??? I haven't been to a supper club before so you can't be more nervous than me (But really I'm looking forward to it).

See you on the 14th.

Hi, Dee and Aprile,

Looking forward to seeing you both and don't be nervous we are all in the same position - we are a fairly new, small supper club and are all still getting to know each other, but its great fun and a great way to make new friends.

Gilley x

Gilley

unfortunately I shall be away so will not be able to come this time.

I hope you all enjoy yourselves and hopefully next time I will be here and so able to meet all the Isle of Wight ladies and try out Kutis.

All the best

From Rome
