Can anyone recommend a hair product for my flat hair. Since meno it has become difficult to keep a style (i like it longish layers) it still has a good shine but could do with a bit more fullness and bounce!!!!! (as could I) . Thank you

Try Aussie Dual Personality Volume and Conditioning Mousse [Boots]. If you use a hair dryer try drying the roots first with your head upside down!

I strongly recommend the Aveda Pure Abundance range. It is pricey but really works on my very fine, thin hair. I use the shampoo, conditioner and hairspray which are mostly organic. They last for ages too.

I'm currently using pantene volumising shampoo. Then Bb thickening spray which I spray onto the roots and, like lizzietinribs, dry hair with head upside down. Then when virtually completely dry use L'Oreal full volume mousse and blow dry into style . Then extra strong hair spray. Then pray!!! Seems to work - the products definitely not sure about the praying!

Hi Tegan, each time I am back in UK I buy Philip Kingsley hair products for my fine, frizzy, mane and it makes my hair look like healthy hair and full of body too. Not cheap but you can also try travel packs before purchasing the larger bottles. Good luck.

Hi tegan, sometimes it's the cut that causes flatness. I'm not sure if you're happy with your hairdresser or not. I've changed hairdressers for my last two cuts and it's amazing how fuller my hair looks, just with a slightly different cut.

my hair is fine and flat and thin on top! I'm currently getting good results with the John Freida volume shampoo and conditioner and the TiGi Small Talk volume lotion. The cut does have a lot to do with it, if my hair is slightly too long its as flat as a pancake!
