Anyone got any great tips on make up products that truly work on oily skin??? Hundreds of pounds later I have yet to find anything that remains on my skin after 1 hour. I have bought most products available but am really not prepared to spend anymore with really knowing if anything can work. Help????

Prescriptives foundation
recommended it to loads of people after trying every other foundation going. The other oily skinned people use it and are pleased too
its oil CONTROL not oil free like the rest.
Although you cant have a greasy moisturiser underneath has to be one that wont glow after an hour.

I have never worn foundation so I can't recommend anything, but I do know the makeup counters in depatment stores will make up samples in small pots for you, especially if you take your own little pot in for them, worth a try so you don't have to keep forking out....

I have tried many many products over the years and now am finally content with the Jane Iredale skin and make up range but I still find that I have to powder down during the day. The make up is a healthy choice but not that easy to find. If you want some more details please let me know.

I have suffered and spent over the years, a piece of tissue paper is my best friend for blotting. At. 53 and over the menopause, I thought my skin might start to dry out a little but no!!! I have tried oil free and it just clogs. My new best friend is the Elizabeth Arden 'INTERVENE' range of foundation' The best I have ever had.

i have the exact same problem, i keep waiting for the oiliness & the spots to pass, but i've given up now!
however, there are a few good products i have found over the years, avene skincare is fab, its available on prescription in france, boots sell it now, only the larger stores granted -their cleanance is great for keeping oil at bay, as for make up, Jane Iredale is good, i use their concealer, & for foundation i veer between the mineral foundation from jane iredale & estee lauder double wear foundation - they will give you a sample over the counter so you can try before you buy
these all help me, but if you stumble upon any new miracle products, let me know!
