Hi everyone - this is just a quick post to say that I wish you all a very Happy New Year. As Flabuless Forumers, let's continue to support each other and make this year a successful one - one consisting of lots of small steps (not forgetting those all important pampering pauses!) towards our ultimate goals. It's so wonderful to be a part of this group of lovely, supportive ladies and I'm really looking forward to our taking those small steps together in the coming year. Thank you for all your support in the past year. xx

Hi Alex and a very Happy New Year to you and all members of the FF - both current members and those who are thinking of joining us.
I would echo what Alex says and say that the FF thread is the first one I read when I log on. It is always, without fail, inspirational and uplifting so please, everyone, keep posting. A big thank you to mjm too, who started the FF with a single post and now it is worldwide!

Hi Alex, Foxie and all FF ladies, wishing you all a very happy new year and thank you all for your encouragement in my short time on here, please keep posting, reading the success of the wonderous ladies made me join you all, and MJMs very caring response to every body!
Now please tell me if I'm well on the way to going a little bit mental!!! Just passing a favourite shop this morning, I just quickly popped in to reassure myself I was not missing anything in the sale!!! There was a gorgous dress looking at me !!! Suitable for special occassions (real special occassion ) It was two sizes smaller than I usually wear at present yep I've bought it !! I did struggle into it, the struggling out was the bigger problem which took more time!!! The colour is gorgous so ladies please keep encouraging me !!
It had been reduced by, are you ready, to seventeen pounds, from one hundred and twenty pounds, I'm a happy lady (well if I can manage to get into it !!!

Wow Twink, can I come shopping with you next time - you know how to spot a bargin.
Just think by Easter you could be doing that zip up so plan somewhere nice to wear it.
Alex, you are so right the small steps are the most important steps.
Foxie, I am with you, FF thread is my first log on too and there is always something and someone to pull us back into line.

I started being a flabulous forummer, but then lapsed.I will start agin in the new year, ...what a good idea to log onto FF before anything else.
How much weight (or inches ) has everyone lost?

Well PMK dropped through my letterbox today but he was slightly dishevelled so.....I will keep this one and start reading it until they send the replacement.
