Cupcake, have you been stamping on my children again....LOL

Hope you are smelling fresher this morning.

My biceps are feeling tired this morning all that glass lifting last night, and the tummy holding in when getting off the sofa...

Good morning TwiddleTiggers hope we are well.

Good Afternoon Mrs T,

I am Tiggering with my laptop and raising my right arm at regular intervals to drink some coffee.....

Eeeek we are going to have to draw up a Team Talk for Monday....Does that mean that I have to go and look for my sensible head - cos I could be gone then for a couple of months as I cant remember where I hid it...

Can I join the TwiddleTiggers, please? I shall agree to the five point pledge - can't run the risk of being given ten extra Twiddles!! Have to admit, I'm not too keen on point number 3, the Twiddling side of things - MUST TRY HARDER! - but should be able to give the others a good try.

I feel that I can't really do any Twiddling until I sort out a leopard and some tassles!

Loved your poem annemari.

That passing the buck Mrs T..what happened to team work!!!!!! Eeek will have to now send my Junior Tiggers off to look for sensible head (can I include my daft one please cos it makes this healthy new life style stuff look alot more interesting for us Tiggers, I leave the really serious stuff to Owl)

Advice on the treadmill is 1. Plug it in, dust it down and start off slowly walking at a gentle pace for the first week...I am going to go off and try and find my walking plan when I did my 16 mile walk year before last.
But the most important thing that you do is build it up slowly and dont do too much to quickly. (eek need to lie down that sounded sensible)

AlexP welcome aboard and loving the Leopard, Mrs T can supply you with additional tassells if needs be.

Well you know the old Joke...

"My mother went out for a walk.....15 days later she has still not come home"

"My gym teacher told me to touch my toes. I said, "I don't have that kind of relationship with my feet. Can I just wave?"

Duncs, Twiddle punishments are issued by Mrs Chief Twiddler...it depends how she has got on that day and whether she has had a falling out with her treadmill or not....LOL

Morning Ladies,

4 days and counting before you have to get you Twiddling equipment tassells intact and your Tigger bouncing gear on.

5th January is the start of the TwiddlerTiggers first Training Session.

Mrs Twiddle will be standing on the side lines with her new broom and apron she will be keeping an eye on all Twiddlers.

Tigger will be watching the activity section of the Team, we will join forces and discuss the Team efforts at the end of the day.
So get those pedometers out, leopards on and hit the streets.

This is the only serious post on the subject the rest of it will be fun fun fun all the way to slim and fitter TwiddleTiggers.

TWIDDLE TIGGERS RULE OK

New post will be put up on Monday 5th Jan..when I have de-phlemed myself completely...
