been away for almost three weeks now Dublin first then the cruise ,
PMK came everywhere with me He has now visited Dublin Drogheda, Torrevieja Nerja Malaga CasaBlanca Agidir Lanzarotte Gibralta and Cueta, he had a lovely time and meself and himself went to bed most afternoons for a half an hour thats al you need!!!!!!
This morning I stood on the scales and guess what no change un belivable normally on a one week cruise I would put up between 7 / 10 lbs.
this time I ate what I wanted when I wanted and stopped when I had had enough, I did have a nasty cold for the first two days but I still ate.
Sorry that this is a long post and its all about me!!!!!
but I am so pleased and I love PMK he is now my companion for life ( I wonder can I do a virtual marrige )
hope you are all having a lovely Sunday I am staying in my PJs all day and will be lazing about .
fruits and veg soup for me today after all the rich foods I have being eating over the last week.
Again keep listening and remember eat what you want , when you want and stop when you are full

Hola, SL. What with the two men in your life, SF and PMK you are doing verrry well these days. I think you deserve a gold star for doing so well in not gaining.

I've been struggling with the "stop when you are full" part, but I've been having a lot of Wii time. (If you read that out loud it sounds like I have a waterworks probem !).

I've also been having lots of laughs and if you read what Chickadee has written on yesterday's thread, I'm doing myself good.

I've had soup for lunch too, but I also had a mini quiche, smoked mackerel pate and toast and some of Nigella's Rocky Road which I made last night. (Why???!). I think I need a lie down with PMK.

Hi Spanishlady lovely to here from you again and so glad you have had a lovely time. I have just escaped to come on the forum before going out for lunch yet again. MIL is being entertained by OH ( that's a first in 5 day's) I have enjoyed my food over the last few day's and first time I have not been bloated at Christmas, like you I have eaten and enjoyed what I have had and eaten slowly and stopped when I was full, I watched my family filling themselves daft. I do hope everyone has enjoyed your festivities and continue to enjoy your food the PMK way. He is advertised to come on the Box but not told us when yet.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday xx

Hi Everyone and a belated good afternoon to you all.

SL - the two men in your life SF and PMK seem to suit you just fine!

Linby - I saw the trailer on TV about PMK too, but no mention of when and where, only that it would be in the New Year.

Hi ladies - it would be bigamy sl, so I bagsy him first, like you I am so amazed at myself this Christmas, I have been so relaxed about food - felt neither deprived or bloated.

For the first time in 20 years its "Sod the New Year Resolutions". Mine were always to get healthy and lose weight.
Sella-vee, laughter is a good tone up for the tummy wobble.

Linby and Foxie, I have not seen the trailer so do keep us posted..

Heres to the second week - go girls

xx
