Hello Ladies, how are you all ? I know I have eaten far too much food this last week and seriously need to lose weight now lol. Are you the same or did you manage to eat reasonably healthily over the Xmas period ?

I've not done too badly regards food - but I did manage nearly a bottle of red last night - which is very naughty...

Hi ladies, I'm new to the forum and so glad that everyone is having the same problem as me, trying to abstain from all the lovely goodies. I am starting a diet and fitness routine on 12th January as it is my daughter's 21st birthday on 10th so no point until that is over. Good luck to anyone who is starting the New Year on a diet and fitness programme.

Morning all
I think I will start a fitness routine today, I look like I am wearing a fat suit.

Sonata if you have the PMK book and cd you can join the flabuless forumers..........we weigh in each week and the lovely mjm records our weight. I have just joined and received the book with cd last week. Must listen to it again and read the book again....makes a lot of sense. When I was pregnant I weighed 1.5 stone lighter than I do now and I had massive trouble being able to waddle about. And I wonder why I am struggling now................
Lillie.....as to overeating ... well who hasn't. You should read the other posting from mt on what they have had so far today. It is quite amazing............and funny..............
I would like to know of anyone who has NOT overeaten and who will NOT be dieting in the new year to lose weight.

Isn't that strange. I am also 1.5stone over. Dreadful, and no willpower. Been to Slimming World. Lost the weight. Put it on again and more. Food is my enemy. Grrr.. I'm hoping PMK will give me a lightbulb moment and I'll be able to break out of this cycle of comfort eating.
