Last Twiddle day today girls ans it's a DIY Twiddle!
Today I'm going to declutter, reorganise and decorate the dining room, put up the tree and do the laundry, go into town and buy the last of the presents, wrap them and fill up the bird feeders.
So, take your pick!
What are you going to be Twiddling at today?

I have been sewing a Christmas present for my baby Neice, so the lounge carpet is covered with little bits of coloured felt, and there are scraps of material and sewing bits everywhere.
So I will be clearing the lounge today.
As you know MY DINING ROOM is immaculate!

Mrs Twiddle, do you do home visits? I'm thinking of you as a neccesary albeit expensive luxury for a busy working woman at her wits end with an incredibly untidy O/H. He's supposed to be vacating his piles of paperwork from our dining room table, but it's not looking good at the minute.
Yours faithfully

Have just done a food shop, so that leaves only the vegetables, fruit, cheeses and cream to buy on Monday.
So, presents to swap with two friends this afternoon, easy fishcake and salad dinner tonight. Then tomorrow my birthday cards will come down, for the few chosen( only) Christmas cards to go up.

Oh Mayday,ROFL, that write up is the "Special Clean",the Spring Clean type of clean,if you know what I mean,to be done at least once a week!!
Yes,the housewife of 1944 was expected to keep the lavatory clean everyday,as any good housewife would.
