Yippee a fellow QVC devotee!
Although it is still great to shop in the shops, I love watching the make-up demos on QVC and am sure Boots would not take back used make-up if we decided we did not like it!
I discovered Liz Earle on QVC but buy direct from her website now (postage is cheaper). The Cleanse & Polish is a must have for anyone with sensitive skin. An amazing product for girls starting out on their skincare routines too.

Clinique mascara - the one that doesn't smudge and comes off with hot water. Clinique lip gloss - it has an SPF and is long lasting and doesn't smell (hate smelly lipsticks) Johnsons baby moisturiser Elizabeth Arden 8 hour handcream OPI nail envy - only thing that stops my nail splitting Nice and Easy conditioner - the intensive one, dead cheap, use weekly. Not to be confused with the hair colour. Lush Flying Fox shower gel Mitchum deodorant Cliique Factor 50 face protector - use it all year round, especially on the golf course in winter. Benefit Holywood Glow
Foundation, blusher, eye shadow - well that all depends on my mood and how much money I have at the time

Should have put shampoo and conditioner in top 10 - Aveda or Kerastase for me - as I use every day. Also forgot to mentions Clarins hand cream which I think has helped to keep the age spots at bay. (Don't regularly wear nail varnish so it's not a can't live without - but, when I do, I like Essie, Jessica, or Nails Inc).
Agree with Poppy that Clarins neck cream is good. And another good 'optional not essential' is cream (never powder!) blusher by By Terry, Bobbi Brown, or Lancome.

This is such an interesting post!
Like Plasmo, mine change regularly, but currently
Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Chanel Hydramax+ moisturiser Tri-Aktiline Instant Deep Wrinkle filler (for round the eyes) St Ives Collagen Elastin body lotion (cheap but lovely) Handcream - love Clarins or Bliss but currently using some Liz Earle moisturiser which didn't suit my skin
Boots No 7 Intelligent Colour foundation Bobbi Brown Nude on Nude Eye Palette Nars powder blusher in 'Orgasm' Clear mascara for my unruly eyebrows (Primark is fine) Any black mascara - cheap and cheerful for day and the new Guerlain one with a funny brush (OH bought me from duty free) for evening
And always Chanel No 5 and Rive Gauche x

Gosh, you are a sophisticated lot!
Most of my stuff is just Boots No.7. I also use Maybelline Mascara.
Have loads of loyalty points on my Boots Advantage card, so might treat myself to something more upmarket. What exactly does the Clarins Beauty Flash Balm do? Is it a moisturiser - don't like to ask those smug, over-made-up Assistants in Boots, they'll just look at me like I come from another planet!

Hi Elsie, No it isn 't a moisturiser. I don't know what you would call it but as soon as you put it on your whole face looks more alive. It may work by gently stimulating the skin but it doesn't tingle. I love it, they do one for the eye area as well.
Like a lot of other people Iswear by Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, the rest in mostly P&P No.7.
Clarins handcream, Euphoria perfume and a Caci treatment as and when but that's another topic entirely.

having tried various expensive potions in the past and found most of them don't do any more than the cheap for me:
Goats Milk handcream - Crabtree & Evelyn Rimmel 3D mascara Simple day cream (lotion too light in winter, OK in summer) Nivea cleansing gel stuff Boots smile toothpaste (really cheap, but good) Island Living Body Butter (love, love the smell)Crabtree & E Island Living body scrub - Crabtree & E Bourjois Happy Light Foundation (same makers as Chanel) Guerlain perfume - Apres L'Ondee/L'heure bleu/Samsara/Nahema etc, etc Water
Clarins Beauty Flash Balm make my skin look awful! I ended up using on my feet as I didn't want to waste it! Everyone's skin is different.

Glyfada, my mum never used moisturiser and washed in soap and water and had fabulously soft skin and not many wrinkles. Sometimes I do wonder if we are being conned a bit, but that doesn't stop me buying the stuff!

Skincare by ENVIRON Make up by Jane IREDALE Chanel No 5 EDP Chanel Allure EDP OPI nail care Molton Brown bath care Philip Kingsley hair care
Has anyone else tried either ENVIRON or Jane IREDALE?Before I was a Liz Earle fan for skincare but found them too rich for my 47 year old and still oily tzone skin. Tried Bare Escentuals make up but got on better with Iredale - less messy. Let me know what you think?

This is my IDEAL list of products but as some of these are expensive I do use cheaper alternatives as well. I'm afraid that I am another QVC addict - its Alison's fault, she will convince me I need these things (if you watch QVC you will know she can be very persuasive!)
Dove Soap Soft and Gentle Deodorant (you can use it after shaving!) Decleor Cleansing Milk Garnier Eye Make Up Remover Decleor Hydra Floral Moisturiser Bare Escentuals Mineral Foundation (or Laura Geller Balance and Brighten Powder) Molton Brown or L'Occitane shower gel Aveda, MOP or Philip Kingsley Shampoo Tresemme Conditioner Diorella or Chanel Allure Perfume Sally Hansen Mega Shine Top Coat Nail Varnish
Oops that's 11!
