From the bed to the settee.............only the three of us and we never go anywhere over xmas. My mum is in Hants in sheltered housing and she hasn't wanted to visit us since about 3 years before my dad died in 1995. We have never really got on although I am her only relative now and do her shopping for her long distance via Tesco on line and order Wiltshire dinners for her. I send her cash each week and look after all her finances. In general I take care of her from here. She has carers as well. But she stresses me out when I am in her company as she has never forgiven me for being born a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She had a son before me but he died with 30 mins of birth (some 62 yrs ago) and I was the next born. All my life I have been made to feel 2nd best because of this fact. That is until some 12 yrs ago and then I changed and realised it was not my fault.
Oh well old news..............
