Lack of feedback from W&H
      #246144 - 08/11/2008 17:46

Given the deafening silence from the W&H team and that awful Kenco ad which is still there (and I see it's now made it onto the 'allaboutyou' website too), I've sent an email to the Editor, copied below:

"Several of us have complained on the website forum about the extremely intrusive Kenco ad which in some cases causes computers to crash and cannot be closed down. In fact issues are constantly aired on both the website and magazine forum, because apparently you want to hear what we think, but as we never get any response from the Woman and Home team, we could perhaps be forgiven for thinking you really don't care what we think. Can this be addressed please? Otherwise there is little point in contributing to these particular forums, and at the moment I'm avoiding the website because of that ghastly Kenco ad - which incidentally has put me off EVER buying Kenco coffee (and I'm not alone in this), so their marketing department might like to know that!"

I'm hoping there might be some response to this, but I have emailed the Editor before and have had no response there either, so don't hold your collective breath!
