Day 196 Relax, take it easy, no rush!
      #219358 - 12/10/2008 10:57

Good morning fellow flabulessers! I thought that those of us who are still here could take a leaf out of the holiday makers' book!

So, make time today to relax, to sense your own deep inner peace. Be relaxed around food - it's not going to disappear, so we don't need to gobble it quickly. Let your senses be open to the environment around you - the sights, sounds and smells, and enjoy being who you are and being where you are!

PS Are you OK mjm? Not like you to go a day without posting? Or have I missed something - are you away?

Hi Chick

I feel like we are in a parrallel universe with only you and I left - where is everyone - they can't all be on holiday - I 'm getting paranoid

Loved your thought for the day and I'm going to follow it to the letter.

I declare today to be an official Flabuless Holiday, I am going to relax and ignore everything that I should be doing and concentrate on me and chilling out

Hi Girls,
I'm going to semi relax.I've got some heavy digging to do in the garden but will keep sitting on the bench to take a break and enjoy the sunshine.
The exercise will do me good and I won't have time to think of food.Double positive there.
Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you choose to do.
Dec x

Hi gilley, dec and lydanne - it is a beautiful day isn't it. I'm going to try to get out in the garden too - if only to sit in the sunshine, and feel the warmth!

Good afternoon girls, Im just up, sorry I missed you all yesterday, unfortunitely Im not on holiday, I wish, but Ive now got a few days off before I go back on Thursday and Friday.

I am going to take your advice to the extreme chick, Im going to spend the next 4 days just relaxing and doing MY thing, the house work and house stuff is all up to date, so alls I have to do is do a bit of shopping, which I dont mind really because I always meet up with my lovely friend.

Are you all excited for the weigh in tomorrow?

I dont think I have lost anything, but Ive come to the conclusion that Im turning to muscle!!!!!

Good luck for the weigh in tomorrow girls, and enjoy YOUR day.

Hope you don't look like that mjm! Glad you're back with us - we missed you. Perry has been very quiet too!

I'm not looking forward to the weigh in - I shall be pleased not to have gained weight, because I've had such a lot of sitting around doing nothing much, and eaten sandwiches a lot because they are quick an easy to get.
