Clearing out my drawers!
      #213730 - 06/10/2008 08:20

Have decided to tidy all my bedroom drawers and wardrobe and reorganize them this morning. Always wear the same things as everything is buried underneath. Aybody else fancy tackling one of their drawers this morning??

My drawers are in good shape, Acorn, but I'm going to clear out the island in the kitchen, does that count?

There are things in there that I don't think have ever seen the light of day. A fondue set? Never used since 1980 at least..

I'm going forum walking today too, hurray.

Good for you butterfly blue. Have they stayed tidy? Actually I'd better get started otherwise I'll spend all my time talking about it and nothing will get done!

Walking in Stowe Park today, Butterflyblue. Should be lovely if it stays dry.

One down, two to go plus wardrobe. Am getting bored though so have decided to carry drawers downstairs to sort in front of TV. Ha!

Youre doing very well if you just take the morning. I always find something I haven't worn and think 'Oh that might go with that other skirt' and then start trying things on, and the morning turns into the afternoon. (I was going to say I stop for a coffee and watch a bit of tv in between too).

Have resisted the temptation so far LOO to try things on! Am now two down one to go plus wardrobe. But the next drawer is hair stuff, jewerelly and make up and bits and pieces. Can't face this without a break. Am still in dressing gown so will stop for bath. Also am feeling overwhelmed with all the washing piling up because of drawer purge!

I would need to set aside a whole week to do mine!!!! More an excavation than a tidying!!! Must get back to replacing books on shelves after having new carpet in sitting room. Also have to go to recycling bank so...... no drawers today!!! I am full of admiration for you all tho'

Hi Acorn, girls, well I had intended doing something with my "smalls" draw at the weekend, but I never got a chance, I will aim to do it this afternoon, but I cant promise anything, Ive got a long list of "to do" things before I can sort out my knickers!!
