Oh Poor you Spanish lady, I know nothing about colouring hair so can't help you, but fingers crossed someone can on here. Wasn't Chatty training to be a hairdresser, or have I got it wrong? Good luck.

VO5 HOT OIL CONDITIONER!
Honest! Make sure it's nice and warm, and leave on for 5 minutes. It will penetrate the hair shaft and strip some of the colour. Repeat if necessary.
If your hair is very thick, or long, then use 2
Failing that, Ariel Rapide washing liquid, will strip all colour. But don't ask how I know

Whatever you do NO NOT put the blonde colour on, you will go orange. If it is a permenant colour then nothing will strip it off, unless you go to a hairdressers to get it done professionally.
That is what I really recommend you do. They can strip it back for you, or failing that you could have some highlights put in to break the colour up.
But please do not do it yourself. You will regret it big time. Good Luck.
P.s. Be prepared for the hairdressing trip to make a big dent in your purse

I had a similar disaster only not a home hair colour, regular hairdresser was on holiday and stand turned my hair from a lovely dark blond to what I can only describe as a witch brown colour - did not go with my skin tone and I looked very scary as I have quite pale skin. Only answer was to have colour stripped! This was only two days before one of by best friends wedding!!!!!

SL, I'm sure you'll look lovely in a hat! It's bound to be chilly in Dublin in October, and indoors wear a Mantilla - say they're all the rage in Spain.
Wispa's VO5 Hot Oil suggestion has got to be worth a try as I don't think it can do any harm. Not so sure about the Ariel Rapide!
Will you be posting pictures?

Don't panic Sella get a large bottle of conditioner, or hot oil, and then shampoo it asmany times as is possible, probably take about 6 tries but it will fade it, in a couple of weeks you'll probably have the colour you looked at on the packet, lots of differant factors to consider, so more chemicals may make it worse, but all colours fade with washing, (more than we'd like them to with normal shampooing)so steady away condition for as much and as long as you can, some like the Aussie ones will dry on the hair so you can leave it on overnight for max effect, comb it carefully , don't panic, was there a number on the box, usually dark blondes will be 7 ish let us all know how you are doing Upsadaisy

Oh can't believe it when I saw this post this morning!! I've done the same thing this weekend after successfully colouring my own hair last month, thought I'd bought the same shade of 'light ash blonde' as last time but this time it's a horrible dark grey!!!! I'm off to the hairdressers...no more home colouring for me!

I posted on here about the same thing a while ago and was advised to shampoo with head and shoulders ( no the new one for colour treated hair, obviously!!) as many times as I could and then use a vo5 hot oil....it worked.
If you use ariel rapide, do you put your head in the washing machine ?!!LOL

hola ladies just back from Dublin everyone loved my hair my daughter thought it looked so much classier and my son said I looked younger!!!!!,mind you no one noticed that I had lost weight I think the shock of the hair was enough, it is getting lighter now and I know that a few days here in the Spanish sun and it will brighten up again. I am glad that it happened but I know that I do not want to be dark no matter what anyone else says so next colour in a few weeks will be Rubio (Blonde)I might even splash out for an expensive colour this time. thanks for all your help girls
