Hello Ladies
Well I have been able to stick at my Herbalife 'diet' so far lol ! whereby I am replacing breakfast and lunch with two protein shakes instead and a normal healthy dinner of my choice, with some fruit inbetween plus the all important albeit small chocolate protein bar ! It is managing to stop a lot of my cravings it would seem which is good, but I did have a bit of a weak moment this afternoon and went in for a small cappuchino (no cake obviously lol) but luckily she had made it so weak I only had about three slurps and left it, so in actual fact I am pleased it was horrid lol

Hi Lillie am interested to know how it goes - my daughter is a Herbalife adviser and is trying to get me on the diet as I keep moaning about needing to lose a few pounds. Keep up the good work!
