Question for Flabulous Forumers
      #209904 - 01/10/2008 18:56

How important / necessary is it to listen to the PMK CD or can you do it just by reading the book? Will it work with just the book?

In code? I wish I was that clever (lol)

It's a Cd by PmK. I'm not allowed to type his name on here apparantly or something horrible will happen to me.

Nothing horrible will happen, aprilisland, but we might show up on a google search if we were to use the full name and title of the book and we're trying to keep our weight loss tribulations exclusive to this forum.

I personally need the CD. I don't think the book alone would work for me. I also find the CD great for getting me off to sleep! The book give's you all the information you need, but I think the CD adds something.

Snowy, all the Flabuless Forumers will know what we're talking about! We've cracked the code.

Aprilisland - I do listen to the cd but not as often as I should perhaps. It does help me relax so obviously something is getting through. I found the book very helpful as it explains everything and just seems to make perfect sense, although I was very sceptical at first.
Good luck with PMK!

I find the CD helps too...hough the book is good, the CD is more influential!
