Hi Ladies, well done everyone, another two weeks along
I second mjm about the inches, those who read my late post on Sunday will know about my amazment in getting into previously too tight skirt.
Imagine how disheartening it was to realise Monday morning I really hadn't lost any weight (comforting cheese on toast called - alot of).
When I met up with Alexp about a month ago, she convinced me to measure myself - thank God she did, because in my misery on Monday, I thought I would measure myself again - what a differance - I had actually shrunk some.
So please I urge you all to measure yourselves and not get too hung up on the scales as I did - every positive moment is such a confidence boost.
I'm meeting Alexp today for lunch too - wonder what words of wisdom she'll have for me today
xx

Good morning ladies and well done everyone.
Thank you mjm for keeping us all motivated. I'm thrilled to have lost 4 lbs, as I was a bit disappointed at the previous weigh in. I do feel slimmer and it's a great feeling.
Gilley, well done on those inches - weight isn't everything! It's so nice when clothes that were tight begin to feel much looser.
Girls, I'm off to the dentist this morning, so send me positive vibes please!
Have a good day all of you and stay positive!

Hi Everyone - and well done to all those who lost weight (especially you, Ally - WOW!) or stayed the same - and, to those who put on, stay positive and hang in there, you can do it!
Gilley - looking forward to lunch today - not sure whether I shall have any words of wisdom for you - judging by your posts, though, you may well have for me! I need them!
Ally - sending you positive vibes for your visit to the dentist x

Hi everyone - I've survived the dentist. thank you all for the positive vibes, I'm sure they helped. James, my dentist, is lovely, I got a couple of reassuring pats on the shoulder too which made me feel better. I'm trying to drink my tea without dribbling and eating very cautiously!
mjm, it's a good thing I didn't go yesterday cos I couldn't breathe through my nose at all! You asked how I kept on track the last 2 weeks
I think it's because I really tried to stick to the golden rules, even when eating out. I am definitely eating less. I'm very aware that I haven't been snacking, which I would have done in the bad old days. Getting a couple of compliments last week really helped too. Seeing that it's working is a great incentive to keep going and I can honestly say I haven't felt that I've denied myself anything. Ladies, all your good wishes and "Wows" are making me feel really really great, it just goes to prove how important it is to encourage each other. I think the main thing keeping me on track is all of you! So a big thank you to you all

HI everyone - in case you don't see it there, mjm, I've posted to say sorry for the competing thread - I'd forgotten about weigh in results.
Well done all those who stuck to the rules and lost weight - mjm, you must be really trim now - how much have you lost altogether? And AllyL - that's a fantastic result.
Usually I am quite laid back, but somewhere I have a competitive streak and I think I'm going to have to go and look for it...I want some WoWs! next time!!!! Perhaps that thought will help me keep the rules in mind, as I have lost sight of them a bit over the last week. I need to keep listening to the CD I think....
Hope you feel better Linby - I have a bit more energy and a bit less pain today....

Chickadee, glad to hear you are feeling a bit better.
Linby, I hope you feel better soon - well done on your weight loss.
And here's another wow for AllyL!!!
mjm, you must be looking fantastic.
To those of us who haven't lost weight - ar least we're not gaining, and in my defence I have had a fortnight in Italy.
If you're a gainer, remember today is a new day, and read Chickadee's thread about back to basics.
And keeeeep posting! (said in the style of Brucie and Tess from SCD)

Hi everybody,
Gem here I just thought it only fair to let you know that I've just PMed mjm to let her know that I'm leaving the Flabulous Forumers. I'm not really following the course at the moment and I feel that you need to be in a certain mind set in order to lose weight - which I'm not. Also I'm not contributing to posts on here which isn't fair on everyone!
I'd like to thank mjm for all her help and support as she has been and continues to be a real STAR - giving of her time and such like. Also I'd like to wish you all lots of weight and inches loss! All the best Alison x
