Good morning girls, my Flabuless friends!
Can you believe it, some of us have gone round twice now, thats 2 x 90 day systems!!
I am so proud to be apart of all this, I think it has been a huge accomplishment, did you think we would ever get this far?
How do you feel?
Has it all been worth it?
Are you glad you started?
Has it been a success for you?
or
Do you wish you had never started in the first place?
Has it been a disappointing experience for you?
Do you want to cut your losses and give up today?
So girls, its time to reflect back on 180 DAYS!!
Here is to the next 90 DAYS, arent we amazing?!?

Hi mjm,
I haven't gone round once yet let alone twice but I am really glad I joined.
I am still stunned that I am slowly (very slowly sometimes) losing weight - yet am not on a diet.
I have been going out for meals, eating what I fancy.
Friends don't believe me when I say I am not on a diet and eat some cheese and biscuits ect. I think they notice what I eat not how much, if you know what I mean.
We really are fabulous and flabuless, so I say we hold our heads up high and treat ourselves to something nice this weekend - we deserve it, don't you think

Morning mjm, you must all feel proud 180 days wow what an achievement. Well done to you all I bet you all feel and look stunning. I am speaking for myself I know I am fairly new to this thread and have had slip ups but it is the best thing I have done to join. I and many others fell into the trap of slimming clubs many Stones lost and many Stones put on. I am still getting to grips with not feeling guilty about eating certain foods. Did anyone feell like this in the early day's? The support you all give each other is fantastic I really am feeling part of this now. Listening to you all It's just how I feel same problems, same slip ups, same success day's. I dont feel any presure like I did at SW ,the times I stopped going and rejoined again, not counting how much cash I spent. Well girls I wish you all the best in this weeks weigh in and a thankyou for all your daily support. I would also like to give a very special thankyou to mjm for thinking and starting the great Flabulous forum xx

Morning Linby,
Know what you mean about not being able to get used to eating certain foods.
I still find myself calorie or points counting sometimes - then I have remind myself that no food is bad.
I'll second the big thanks to mjm for getting and keeping us motivated.

Linby and gilley, thank you for your kind words, but really I know I couldnt have done it with out the Flab girls!
Linby, Its a great feeling being in control of what you eat again isnt it, the pressure is lifted, and you can start to feel good about food again.

Hello mjm, Gilley, Linby and everyone.
mjm - I just want to echo what Linby and Gilley have already said. I'm new to this as well, but in the short time I've been involved it has made such a difference and I am definitely going to keep on doing it. Thank you so much for all your encouragement - and that goes for everyone, as we are all in this together your support is absolutely vital.
I agree - being in control of what you eat is such a wonderful feeling - it is so liberating.

I've been slipping a bit this week - too much to do so we've been eating really late and that's always a disaster for me. Anyway a couple of days ago MIL sent OH home with some fat free yogurts that she'd bought and decided she didn't want. It was the first diet thing I've had in 180 days and one taste and I knew I wasn't going to go back to diet food again. It was horrible compared to the full fat ones I've been eating.
Best of all, I've got loads of 'new' clothes to wear that haven't seen the light of day for years!
This really works! Did anyone else watch Ann Widdecombe last night - her belief is that the only way to lose weight is to eat less and move more and really that's exactly what we're doing and by listening to our bodies we are in control.
Well done everyone! Let's hit the next 90 days...

I missed it Chrissi, what channel was it on, I will see if I can go on "catch-up" and see it.
Its funny how our taste buds and feelings about food has changed, now I love the "Muller light" yogurts, I think because you get so much in them, and they really feel the whole, so to speak!!, but I wouldnt eat them if I didnt like them as well.
Do you think you have managed to get back down to that 1 STONE mark again, fingers crossed, if you dont think you have, then come on babe, you have got a few more days to get there.

hiya
I joined in around day 175 or something like that and was all holier than though with my raw carrot sticks etc and then i had a bit of bad news which gave me license to eat a whole bumper bag of maltesers and over the last couple of days I have had a few extra biscuits and some of my sons smarties, but I have still done some situps and I have still had more water and funnily enough today I feel a bit slimmer, my tummy pouch doesnt seem quite as bulbous! and so I am going to start again as of today but I have just had two biscuits so we wont count those!
I like having this encouragement online! Kaz

Hi Alakazsam,
Don't be too harsh on yourself, relax a bit and eat good food that you enjoy - including maltesers etc - but only eat until you are full - eat slowly and consciously.
We are not on a diet, just finding our natural eating pattern
Welcome to the Flabuless Forumers

mjm - don't think there's any danger of me burning my bra - I need the support! gilley - I keep saying I'm going to get measured properly. I did get measured once years ago when I was slim and I can still see the pity in the woman's eyes when she told me I was "only a 36A"! Chrissi - I'm enjoying full fat yoghurts too - when I was in dieting mode I used to only buy the lowest fat ones possible and just put up with the horrid synthetic taste - as you say, never again! Don't be discouraged by the odd slip-up - you've done brilliantly. Alakazsam - Gilley's right, don't be too hard on yourself!
I'm saying goodbye to my brother tonight, but determined that next time he sees me I'll be slim, fit and healthy!
Have a good weekend everyone!

I can hardly believe it! Haven't we done well!! Who'd have thought we'd be about to embark on the next 90 days, which will, I think, take us to Boxing Day!
The only thing is, my rate of loss has slowed right down and I'm not optimistic for Monday . But I will not be downhearted, thanks to the support of all my Flabuless Forum Friends.
The past couple of days I've felt as if I'm wearing an inflatable rubber ring around my middle. And today I'm having one of those hungry days, but as I haven't weighed myself I don't know how I'm doing. I wonder if my body is laying down fat for the winter.
On a positive note, two people at work said that I was looking slimmer, and that was after my holiday.
You'll not be surprised, mjm, to hear that I'll not be burning my bra. I'm a great believer in the power of well fitting undergarments!! So gilley, you go girlfriend, as the sainted Gok would say.
I do feel it's been a success, and I'm very greatful for everyone's efforts, especially you, mjm, and it's great that we've got some new girls. I've also enjoyed eating good "proper" food, and I love feeling more in control. I didn't catch the Anne Widdecombe programme, but I do agree with the eat less, move more philosophy, ChrisssiFi.
I think I need to get back with the exercise DVDs and start listening to the CD a bit more because I'm in danger of eating thoughtlessly, and you know what they say
Little pickers have big knickers!
Have a great weekend, Sella x

MJM - no I am not following any system, but from memory the PMK method was something like, eat only until you are full, have a drink of water because the brain sometimes mistakes thirst for hunger, eat consiously chewing properly, eat things that you like and something else? all really obvious things if I remember rightly, but keeping them in mind isnt as easy...maybe now I have all your support it will be!
am I on the right track about PMK? put me right if not. you might be talking about something completely different! how embarassing if you are! for me that is.

Hi everyone! Sorry not to have joined you earlier but am having a bad arthritis day so keeping computer use to a minimum.
Mjm Thank you so much for keeping this going. I feel as if I've lost a little bit more - Monday morning will tell. I do feel more in control of my eating, though today has not been brilliant.
Sella, I love the rhyme!!!
