      #203826 - 25/09/2008 10:54

Hi
I have just been reading the W&H October issue and read about the book club started in Cheltenham and am interested to join. It said that Lara Hoffman has set this up and if any of the members see this message could you contact me if there is the possibility of joining as there was no contact information in the article.
Thank you and look forward to hearing form you.

Hi Ceekey
I posted a note ref the book club in Cheltenham and noticed today also that someone else had posted an enquiry into this as well. I was thinking that if no one contacts me I may well look to start up another book club in Cheltenham as well, would you be interested in joining a new one?
Let me know. This would be new for me as I am not 100% sure what goes on but feel it would be a great way to meet people.
Regards
Roisin aka Kaliopi

Hi Kaliopi

I would be interested in a bookclub in Cheltenham if you do get one going. What sort of books do you think will be considered. I tend to read fairly easy-read books ie thrillers, detective stories and semi chicklit (by that I mean books with a good storyline rather than hunk with strong dark looks and haughty with it meets girl with fair hair and a rosebud mouth etc) so maybe it is not for me. I have recently discovered Erica James, Barbara Erskine and Robert Goddard. Hope to hear from you.

Ceekay

I'd be interested in a book club. There seems to be 2 or 3 different threads with people interested in one in Cheltenham. Perhaps we should all get together?

Hi, i've emailed 6 or 7 people who have recently expressed an interest - so we can see who is still interested. Perhaps we could then meet some place in Chelters and take it from there?

Hi all - you still interested? Kathryn and I are arranging to meet this Thursday 13th November.
If you email one or other of us, we'll give you details.
