Hello Friends
Well the cats are asleep so no-one to tell, then I thought of all you lovely forum ladies. Just needed to share my morning with you....Well today I did something a little different from my usual stroll to M & S for coffee and back again ! I decided to go for a brisk walk with my trainers on over a lovely park nearby and actually attempted a little ten second (well probably more like 5 !) jog interspersed with lots of fast walking. Alltogether I was out for half an hour, which was quite good for me I thought. Then I popped home for some water lol and then the more casual fifteen min walk to M & S for my regular cappuchino. As you know ladies I dont have a penny to my name lol, still no work, but I decided to just try on this amazing tan soft leather knee length most amazing coat in there. Oh boy it looked and suited me so well, I did a twirl about and imagined myself walking about in it lol. Then of course I had to put it back - it was 250 pounds !! But now I know the saying good clothes maketh a woman is very true lol !

Hello Sue - what a lovely post- I can imagine you morning so clearly - you write well..Where do you live??
Oh, by the way, that you for the inspirational posts....
I have had a calm morning.OH is away, son is away and d is house hunting for Uni.. I am systematically going through the house organising, chucking things out, cleaning. The house is looking good and I enjoy that.. I find it really relaxing to have an orderly home..I bought some fab flowers on Sat and they are in a big arrangement on the dining room table. Beautiful
Have a lovely afternoon Sue. I wish you were near enough to Winbledon to pop in for tea!!
Lots of love ejanexx
ps. what kind of job are you most hoping to find?

Hi Sue Good for you - I don't think I would dare run in public! Sounds like you enjoyed your morning. The leather coat sounds fab - well a girl can dream, can't she!

Well done lillie, you sound just like I do when I am out jogging, I havent run anywhere sinse I was at school and I hated it then. But I have taken on the challange and have been out 3 times this week, I am trying to do more running than walking each time.
Good for you we have to start somewhere dont we?
That coat sounds lovely, go back every day and try it on.

Hi Lillie and Jane My morning. Looked out of the window - yes, it had been raining and was grey. Went into the garden and drank my early morning cup of tea, looking at and feeding my frog and four Koi carp. My cat, Magic, was sitting on my lap, purring and keeping me warm. Then I went out with two friends (both old enough to be my mums) and we went fruit picking - I picked loads of plums, some last minute raspberries (they looked like they would only last another minute!) and bought some cooking apples, some eaters and some lemon curd. Yummy. Anything to get away from home - my kitchen is STILL in chaos since it is being refitted. I'm still smiling, through gritted teeth. xxxSuexxx

Your morning sounds lovely - snoozing cats - love them! I have three, a bossy tortie, who is the youngest but rules the roost, a timid rescue black and white lady, who gets more courageous and trusting by the day, and my lovely ginger boy - who is the most gorgeous boy in the world, but if brains were dynamite he wouldn't have enough to blow his whiskers off!
I spent the morning swimming in my local pool - only one in there - absolute bliss, then a mad dash around Tesco. Then I spent this afternoon reading...(The Six Wives of Henry VIII by Antonia Fraser - brilliant) back to work on Monday, so made the most of my last day off.
