Brecon, Cardiff, Borders - food Festival!
      #180146 - 28/08/2008 09:48

Hi all,

Sorry not to have got back to you sooner, but now have details for the Abergavenny Food Festival, 20th September, which I'll PM everyone. The idea is to meet for coffee, then go off for a couple of hours to explore the Festival or go for a walk (I have a route, but a volunteer is needed to take charge of the map!) meeting up for lunch at 1.15.

Could I ask for confirmation that you are interested - the names I have are

annemari
L1nda
Valm21
AngB
nannyconnie
GraceRJ
Lynda2
Cath53
shell
julie23
emptynest
SueF
patj

Lunch is booked for 14, so if anyone drops out, there will be room for someone else - and if anyone would like to meet us for coffee, but can't make the lunch let me know!

thanks. will post this on Travel and Treats too in case anyone misses it.

Hi
Can you put me down as a tentative please? I will have to let you know nearer the time. Loads going on with work and also study so will need to sort that that set of muddles out first .... would far rather be walking and eating than either of the aforementioned topics!

Thanks
Sue

Unable to do the whole day as cleaning our holiday flat that Saturday, but hope to get down after lunch. Will someone make sure Anj doesn't clean up all the cake samples before I get there?.............

Sorry to have kept you waiting - we're meeting at 10.30 in the Market Hall - there will be various cafe and coffee venuses there, but it's not huge and we should find each other OK. Lunch is booked at the Angel Hotel at 1.15

Hello Chickadee

Please can you tell me a little bit more about the food festival as i haven't been to one before. I did promise a friend that I would go to Cardiff shopping on Saturday but I won't want to miss this if you think its a good day out.

Please can you get back to me with more info about the day beacuse I am quite torn between the two options now.

Best Wishes
Sianie

Hiya Splash, I missed the name change and was panicking then in case there was someone I hadn't got on my list, but I have worked out who you are!!

But it's been sunny here for the last few days...

See you tomorrow!

PS Sianie, Sorry I didn't get back to you before - I have PM'd you.
