medium curry

can anyone help me to make the perfect curry ? everyone else I know seems to taste so much better than mine where am I going wrong !!

which jar are you using? lol
I do cheat and use the lloyd grossman sauces which I think are really good. saves doing all that pesky grinding etc.
The only other advice I could offer is make sure your spices are fresh as that can affect the flavour of your dish.

Hi anndotty

dolphin is right, the spices should be very fresh to get a good end result.

I use spices from a company called seasoned pioneers. Delia featured them on her cheats programme and I have to say they are excellent. Each little pouch is a blend of spices with no added extras. Saves you having to buy all the individuel spices and grinding them yourself. You can buy them in Sainsburys and Lakeland shops, also on the website.

also the flavour in curry will develope if you cook it and leave it overnight.
