And join in.......
Good morning girls, its a lovely day here today, Im going to do my keep fit routine and a wee run this morning and then Im going over to see my friend, who I havent seen for months and months, she has moved house, so its quite exciting.
I wonder if she will notice that I have lost weight!
I have just had a look at yesterdays thread and .....
YIPPEE......Gem has posted, thanks Gem its lovely to see you and hear how you are doing, and what your doing sounds VERY interesting!
So today girls, all the lerkers out there.......
GET POSTING.....WE WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU ARE DOING AND HOW YOU ARE DOING IT!!
Thank you so much all the girls that post on a daily/regular basis, but its not fair that you are leaving it all to us, there are about 35 people on my list, so where are you, we need your feed back and support.
Have I shamed anyone else into posting??LOL
I hope so.......time will tell!!
I hope you have a lovely day today, I think I am going to wear a dress!

LOL, hi bfb and Perry,
well I figured it worked with Gem, so I was hoping it would work with all the other Flabuless girls, but I can see there are still lerkers who are not posting.......
I know there are girls that read the threads who are not involved with the PMK system, and thats lovely, Im not SHOUTING at them, its the girls on my list that Im SHOUTING at.
So I might not be done with shouting yet!! LOL

What was that noise...something woke me! Did somebody shout something? grin:
Hi mjm and everybody, here I am, I've done half an hour on the ex bike, showered, had my shredded wheat and am now ready to face the day, fully back on the wagon! Hope your friend notices how slim you are mjm!
I had a go at the RC Salsacise DVD last night - good fun, but I don't think I've got all the steps sorted yet - it may be a while before I get onto Section 2. However, I've got a nice red rose in the garden and I'm looking forward to dancing with the free man that came with the DVD. (I was going to write "Unwrapping the free man" but thought I might be misunderstood!)
Hope everyone has a good day and sticks to the rules. It would be nice to know how our silent partners are getting on...

Hi well am trying not to lerk !! just wonder if sometimes anyone is out there ?? am new to this forum lark and have become bit addicted !! moved to countryside last year and am finding my feet at last love the area etc but am wary of "forcing" myself on to new people ,lost what I thought were real friends when moved , am guessing they never were really ? have 3 dogs , kids left home , very wonderful hubby , (yes I know - sloppy but true )all in all things looking up , so if you hear from me again or just fancy mad natters from time to time here I am !! Welcome gre1958, know what you mean about moving. We moved (well sort of part-time) to Shropshire last year as well. It takes time to settle in and make new friends whilst it can take no time at all to make virtual friends on the forum. You could see if there is a supper/walking club in your area.

Hi mjm and everyone. Thanks for all the lovely wishes - I'm feeling so much better today. Tablets working brilliantly. Back at work. Val, how did you enjoy RC - was it as much fun as you expected? - although maybe not as much fun as Gems 'exercise machine'!! Great to see you back, Gem. Lovely to hear from you gre1958 - have you come to join us? Unfortunately, my OH would prefer me to be a bit slimmer but hey... getting there with all your help and support. Had blueberry wheats and chopped banana for breakfast - ate slowly and consciously but forgot to leave some as they are REALLY yummy!!! Oooops Have a lovely day Anne xx

I am not a FF nor a lerker, so maybe I will be told off for posting, maybe I won't........
I do listen to PMK though and regularly read your posts.
A word of warning- yesterday my CD started to sound unwell, it was my CD player at fault, but it did spur me on to make a copy of the CD. Probably useful to have a back up.

Gosh mjm - the shouting has reached Southampton - I wondered what the rumbling in the heavens was and now I know!!! :-) :-)
I hope your friend notices that you have lost weight mjm.
Glad you are feeling so great SL!
I agree, though - it would be lovely to know how some of the other Flabuless Forumers are getting on.
valaber - well done for getting back on the wagon! Is your hand/wrist feeling better - you seem to be typing a few more lines than you were when it was really painful.
anne - very glad to hear you are feeling better - you must have been feeling really miserable.
Hope you all have a good day xx

I can top that, you can hear it all the way down in Cornwall!!!
I am a newbie at the flabuless forumers, just started last week. I feel really great and its only a few days in, I have spent the last two months waiting to tip the scales into the twelve stone something mark instead of 13 stone and this monday I finally did it!!! I spent all last week listening to the cd and I find I am more interested in exercise now than I have ever been, it has always been a chore before but now I am the first one out!
The main thing is I am not obsessing about calories and that has been a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders, I find I am actually thinking more clearly about everything else in my life instead of panicking about what I am going to eat for my next meal etc.
good luck all,
dgt3

intlw, have fun looking for a new puppy, Im so jealous. great news about that top.
duncs, thanks for the tip on the cd. how have you found the PMK system , is it working for you?
Hi Alex, what are you up to today?
dgt3, your post is a real inspiration, Im so glad you have got into "the zone", where you feel more in control of what you are eating, and the huge weight has been lifted, its a brilliant feeling isnt it?, well done you!
Right I am all exercised, showered, glamed up and have had a snack of muesli and a banana, so Im off, catch up with you all when I get back.
Thanks for posting everyone.
