Hello Ladies
Well I keep living 'in denial' about the fact that over the last couple of years or even more my waist line has expanded ! I have to go up two sizes in bra cup because of this and its now becoming increasingly difficult to do the zips or buttons up in my dresses help !! I just dont know where to start, I dont like exercise either but I dont want to get any bigger !! As you know I am an emotional eater and crave these foods every day and not looking for an excuse but being out of work and not being in any kind of routine is not helping. How do I begin to focus and get rid of those inches ?!! H E L P !! LOL

The Queen isn't skinny. If I last that long and I am as healthy as she appears to be I won't mind a few extra inches.

I was fed up with my disappearing waistline - I don't mean it getting smaller lol, I always had a relatively small waist but it has gone somewhere!- and general weight creeping up, so I decided to take the plunge and I have joined the Flabuless Forumers. I feel very positive and have already lost 2 lbs (in a week!). My biggest problem is snacking in the evenings: now I am trying to eat ONLY when hungry and what a difference it makes! The ladies are so supportive to each other and I'm so glad I took the plunge. It is NOT dieting! Dieting is just a short term fix and in the long run makes you put on weight!

Try walking,it really does do you good and you can't really class it as exercise, I walk my dog every day for an hour, some days more, all depends on the weather and what mood we're in, and it has kept my weight stable. Give it a go, it's free, you don't need to buy any equipment, and you'd be suprised at how many people pass the time of day with you.

I do a reasonable amount of regular exercise and have done for a few years but am overweight around the middle as that is where I tend to put on weight.
However have recently started swimming again after years out of the pool. Am swimming slowly but steadily a couple of times a week and very gradually I am noticing that my middle is becoming (very slightly!) smaller. I'm also finding it quite a good stressbuster as there is nothing to do but think and count the lengths.

Another fan of walking! I also do yoga and Pilates which both concentrate on standing up straight which is the quickest way to look slimmer that I know!
I also believe that regular exercise helps with mood swings. Also just remember if you buy it you will eat it! It's not easy and I truly think it is harder as you get older to keep slim. The other bigger is not buy anything with elastic waistbands as these expand so easily!!!
Good luck F. x
