Tresemme conditioner
      #175580 - 23/08/2008 10:44

Does anyone else have this problem?
Because it's in a big bottle with a very small top, when the conditioner gets about half used, it's really difficult to squeeze it out through the small opening.
I emailed them, but received a standard letter back telling me they had researched it fully before marketing the product! They didn't test what I was complaining about...sooo stopped buying their products.

My daughter and I use Tresemme products and our bottles take on all kinds of shapes as we use them! I find a good upside down shake of the bottle usually works...

Turn it upside down, then get the dregs out VERY CAREFULLY

But you shouldn't have to fight with it...I still say it's a bad design!
Am now converted to Pantene!

Buy a small bottle - you can get then in Boots, Superdrug, Sainsbury's - and decant as required.

kate1, I have exactly the same problem. I think it's because the conditioner clogs up the opening, so you need to do one of two things. Either bang the bottle into the palm of your hand when you've finished using it, to make sure the conditioner falls back into the bottle and away from the opening, then close the top, or get a cocktail stick and use it to dislodge the congealed conditioner that's blocking the bottle. I think the problem is caused by air getting into that little bit at the top of the cap and hardening beacuse it's been left open. I tended not to worry about closing that type of swivel cap until this happened. I agree, it's not a great design.

Thank you Sella Vee....I knew it couldn't be just me.

I reckon if the design is so bad, and they don't respond properly to complaints, they don't deserve my custom, so I voted with my feet! ( Stroppy, aren't I?)

Don't like their stuff anyway, my hair as a will of it's own when I use it.
