... that I bought a Karen Millen dress in the sales. It's a halter-neck, and really slinky, and comes to just below my saggy old knees.
It was .......... £120
I bought it for ..................... £35!!!
I wouldn't have bought it for the full price, but hey - you have to grab a bargain while you can.
I love it. It's for Christmas, and my birthday, and any parties I can think of.
Thank you for listening!

BC40 I've done it again, I may offend people with this post so I do apologise if I have. I would have deleted it if I new how, I hit the submit button instead I meant to preview it again. Please forgive me if I've been over the top, its not meant that way at all! It was only meant in fun. As I am fat and 50! Oh I'm gonna stay off for the rest of the night, I'm having a hot flush now! Snowy xxxxxxxxx

Snowy, I think we all know that your comment was tongue in cheek !!!! BC40 I am so jealous, what a bargain, there is a Karen Millen shop in a town not too far from me but I have never ventured in it as thought everything would be out of my price range but I may change my mind now !

Brilliant bargain BC - bet it looks fab. There's nothing like a bit of retail therapy when things haven't quite gone to plan.
Hope you complained to the agency about the wild goose chase they sent you on.

Sounds lovely - much as I really like Karen Millen - the only thing that fits me is their shoes and bags. Did have a beautiful grey fluffy jumper once, but it was quite stretchy. Am green with envy - sounds a great Christmas dress! Sorry to mention the C word in August, but it feels like November here.

Good for you to fit into Karen Millen - I covet the clothes unfortunately the only thing I have ever been ever to buy was a bag (which absolutely love!) x

Its not a signature that they have that is the same, but an Avatar. Everyone can have the same one if they choose to, as you have very limited choice. Signature pictures are something else. pm me if you want info.

Oh nonononononononoooooooo - dear Snowy, I'm not offended AT ALL! it takes a lot to offend me, honestly
One of the reasons I love the dress is that it covers my - let's say, my curvaceous thighs. With a halterneck bra and a pair of Spanx I'll be sorted!
And it was a size 3. which = size 14. There's plenty of give for my boobs and my *rse!
Big hugs cos it's Friday :-)

I've always been nervous of going in - what if there's nothing in my size, what if it's all far too expensive. Maybe it's time to take a leap of faith afterall I have been back in my SIZE 14 trousers and skirts this week (sorry, I'm so pleased to see some of my old favourites again I can't help SHOUTING about it). I'll be quiet now. Time for Eastenders...
