I'm already hooked and dragged out my bread machine from its hideaway and made three lots of bread! White rolls, bath buns and now there's a brown loaf in the making. Help get me out of here!!!

Yes - loved it. My husband seems upset by most commercial bread so was interested to hear the hairies say that fast acting yeast can be a problem for digestion - can you use slow acting yeast in a breadmaker and how do I know which is whichxx

Hi Ziggy - sorry can't answer that one - I have only ever used the easy bake sachets as recommended for bread machines but I will try and find out for you later.

Oh yes, I wouldn't miss Si and Dave! I have all their previous series on DVD!
I was drooling all through this week's programme and guess what, OH felt inspired enough to make some bread and buns this weekend! He has already bought the ingredients!
So I will be spending all weekend cleaning the kitchen.....
