Well done everyone who has lost weight or has stayed the same, for those of you who have put weight on, you know where you have slipped up, so you know what to do now, just pick yourself back up, dust yourself off, and get stuck in to the rules again. I know holiday time is a difficult time for us, but try and keep that skinny image of yourself in mind to keep your goal shining bright.
I know a lot of us have lost inches rather than weight, like we were saying in yesterdays thread, that clothes feel much looser, and you feel much more comfortable with yourself, and friends and family are noticing your losing weight, this is a huge achievement, so hold on to that wonderful feeling, you deserve.
Congratulationd BIGI, 5lb, thats brilliant, do you have any hints and tips for us all, we would really like to know what you have been doing to lose so much??
Anyway, here is to the next 2 weeks girls, and Ian!!
good luck

Good morning, mjm, and congratulations losers and stayers. Well done BIGI amd SHANTI, it must be healthy eating all round in your house.
AlexP, have you started your exercise DVD yet? If so, it's working!
If you've stayed the same, remember you're a success too. Loosing weight is often easier than maintaining it, so you are just practising for when you are at your ideal weight .

Well done to everyone for staying the course and supporting each other, and especially well done to those who have lost weight.
I have been on a bit of a plateau recently - not a bad plateau, but I'd like to feel even slimmer and fitter! While my D is away, I've resolved to be really good about the exercise and a bit more conscious about the eating. I'm also going to listen to pmk again, daily (it's a nice snooze anyway!)
And to start off as I mean to go on, I actually managed a kilometre's swim this morning! The pool was very quiet which I find helps me with the swimming - I like to daydream as I plough up and down. Anyway, I did 30 lengths (900m) and was the last one left in, so I asked the lifeguard if I could have a few minutes more to make it the kilometre...4 lengths later, I managed - though the last length I was very tired!
Good luck with your day, everyone - hope it goes well and is a happy one for you.

Good thinking Sella. Well done to everyone. I'm determined to have lost weight next weigh in - you heard it here!!!!!!! Stayed the same for the last two weigh-ins. Listened to 'exercise made easy' this morning and will be 'salsacising'tonight. If I can still walk tomorrow, will let you know how I get on!!!! Thanks for taking the time to do this mjm - where would we be without you!! Anne xx

Anne, I moved up to the next (last) level on my Rosemary DVD yesterday. It's much faster than level 2 and almost twice as long. Great music tracks - I LOVE LA BAMBA!! I went well beyond gently glowing.
Valaber, I haven't been swimming for ages - too many school children in the pool for me at the moment as I'm not an early morning person, more an early hours of the morning person! Is your lifeguard cute? I might be tempted down to Wales!

Hi...I am not too disappointed...as you say mjm I know exactly where I've gone wrong and to be honest the last few weeks have been quite hellish for me on a lot of levels not just food so I won't beat myself up about it. I am still lighter than when I started all those weeks ago and I am determined to be lighter for FF in Oct and my holiday in Nov. I am fully back on track now and feeling Goood!!! Well done to everyone else and again massive thanks to you mjm
P.S. Sella..tell me about the Rosemary DVD pleeease, it sounds really good. How long have you been doing it etc x x x

Well done everyone especially to those who have lost weight ,but remember its not just about the loss, gain or staying the same. it is about the trying which we are all doing, we are also supporting one another. The best bit for me about this ''team'' is we are not judged if we have not lost anything, or made to feel guilty. when I was at SW if I didnt do well I would have a week off and then promise myself I would do better so knowone would know I did bad the previous week (does that sound right) so again well done and a special thanks to MJM for her time and support Three cheers for MJM HIP HIP...

I know that if I was made to feel guilty about how much I'd lost or gained I'd just give up which is why this works so well for me.

well done everyone including myself, I was sure that I would not have lost anything this week even though the SF keeps telling me I have a waist (I do but its a big one) can of went of track a couple of times and was not listening to PMK enough but I am delighted so these next two weeks I am going to listen , eat when I am hungry Eat what I want and STOP when I have enough

Oh thanks intlw, and girls for the cheers, it really did bring a smile to my face, after a day of miseable weather and food shopping, it was a real treat to come home to that.
Sella, thats a good way of thinking about it, we are all practising being thin!
Val, go girl, a kilometre swim, thats quite an achievement, well done you.
Anne, Im going to hold you to that, I am going to join in too, I want to lose big time for the next weigh in, I am going on holiday in 2 weeks time, so I am going to give it everything I have got.
Sally, I know you can do it, good for you getting back on track and being more determined than ever.
Patsy, thanks for your start weight, its in my book.
intlw, I agree its all about team work, I have said from the very start, "together we can do anything", and being together gives us our strengh to carry on, its a great feeling.
Chrissi, you are so close to that STONE mark with PMK, but I think we should tell everyone that you have actually lost a stone since you have been trying to lose weight, so CONGRATULATIONS, you must feel fab, well done you!!, I think you have done excellent not to have been comfort eating with what you have been going thro over the last few weeks, I think you are a star!
SL, well done for losing when you thought you hadnt, what a nice surprise, keep it up babe!
I want to say a huge, HUGE thank you to everyone who has started the morning DAY threads, I know its not easy every morning, trying to think of something to keep us all going, but, we are still going, so its working!, does that make sense??
Enjoy the rest of the day girls and good luck for the next 2 weeks.
