Clinique do some great stuff for redness. If you ask nicely, they will either give you some samples, or will put some of their tester into a dinky little pot for you to try.

There's a moisturiser, which you need to use for a couple of weeks to see any difference, a face cleanser (okay, but not sure), a concealer cream that is great, and an emergency cream that is excellent.

Definitely worth asking. And if you have more that one Clinique outlet, well get samples from them too

Hi !

I think I've tried loads of different things over the years and finally have stuck with Max Factors Lasting Performance which does seem to cover redness and stays in place. It's £9.50 I think . Yellow based finishing powder also helps.....i get this from Models prefer on QVC but it doesn't last long as my daughter borrows it all the time !!

Good luck !

Hi, I have reddening on my nose and have reduced it somewhat by using Temple Spa cleanser and mositeriser. I then use a body shop concealer on my nose (and other areas if they are a bit red) and then No 7 stay perfect foundation that is a cream compact that then looks like a powder finish as I don't like to have a shiny face.

I would recomend Este Laudee (sp!) Double Wear foundation, it's really good. They should give you a sample to try out at home.

I agree with bluebella, I have roseacea around my nose and cheeks and I was told to avoid Clinique products by a skin specialist.

I use Estee Lauder products to conceal and foundation as they give really good coverage and feel lovely on your skin, my skin specialist approved them also.

I swear by Benefit Lemonaid under my usual foundation. Hope it works for you.

Bare Escentuals Minerals are fantastic for covering redness, I won't leave home without it. It is also great for every day sun protection (what sun?!)as it has an SPF15.

Also if you buy from QVC you have a no quibble money back guarantee so if it doesn't suit you will be refunded, that's how I came across it.

Good luck.
