What's for supper on this lovely summer's evening?
      #170024 - 16/08/2008 19:01

Well, OK, I'm kidding - it's tipping down and I'm freezing, but I'm about to cook Moroccan chicken, cous cous and stir fried vegetables as I though some Mediterranean food might make us feel as if it's summer!

Anybody else got any bright ideas for pretending that summer is here?

Now there's a thought - roast turkey and the trimmings...

Actually, I haven't had any charity catalogues yet - wonder where they can be!

Don't worry......they are on their way!!! Got the Wildlife Trust one today....but it was cheating as it came inside my WI mag!!
What did we have for supper? Well...not particularly summery but definitely Mediterranean Pasta Carbonara with fresh spinach leaves on the side.Mainly because I had some bacon I needed to use up!! We did enjoy it tho'.

Chicken and Mushroom Risotto cooked by S. It was delish, so love it when I don't have to cook. The wine helped too.
