I'm wondering if you can help. I am undertaking some research for a big travel provider. We really want to understand families more... we think we're doing a fairly good job with very specific family products. However there is always more we could do. What in your view is one of the biggest bug bears for families when they go abroad? Is it the little things that make a difference? Would you like a holiday where someones thought of the details for example English nappies in resort, training seats in every bathroom, prams in resort so you don't have to take yours, bottle cleaners...? I would really appreciate any feedback you might have.

We were too broke when our kids were babies so can't really comment on that.
Up to about 13 they are great. All they want is somewhere to run, swim and be noisy.
From 16 upwards it's hell - all they want to do is sleep and you spend your time yelling at them to get out of bed as you haven't spent all that money for them to spend the whole time sleeping!
Then they leave home and it's perfect!!

I along with every other parent, object to the massive price rise in school holiday times. I know you all say supply and demand but the rises outprice holidays for many. Also the room supplements. When my kids were younger all I needed was a clean safe room and a travel cot. Now they are older, I like a proper bed for each of them ( not a z bed), and decent food. Do not like to go abroard and be offered english food. Quite easy to please really.
