they went out the window I am afraid, but I had a wonderful time with my sisters , we denied ourselves nothing,lots of red wine fantastic sea food and even yummy cakes ,
Santiago is the most beautiful city in Spain maybe in the world. so peaceful even with hoards of turists got some great photos must put a few on

Thats my girl, holiday to excess, you can get back on the straight and narrow later. Enjoy it, you are a long time dead.
So glad to hear you had a great time with your sisters in such a lovely city. (Sometimes I think I ought to get myself some sisters, my brother is no fun whatsoever!!) problem is Mum,s past it now!!

Hi everyone - back on the forum after a couple of days minus a computer and catching up on the posts - sounds as though an interesting time has been had by all what with sex and small cars, etc. etc!!!
I don't really have much to say other than I am very pleased that over the past couple of days I have been eating only when hungry, but making sure that I do eat when I need to, and have found that I am less hungry than I would be normally. It's a pretty good feeling!
How is everyone else getting on today?

Hi Alex, Ive missed you!!
Its actually DAY 112 today, but never mind, Im doing fine thanks, I am keeping it all together and am looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. Im glad you are doing well, yes its a great feeling.
