Good morning girls, it pouring down here, so Im glad Im going to my bed.
Where has your weight gone from??
Are your clothes looser?
Has it gone from your legs, bum or tum. Are your boobs disapearing?
Has it gone from your mind?, do you feel lighter and less stressed about food and eating?
I think I have lost my weight from all over really, I am/was apple shaped, so most has gone from my middle which it brilliant for my figure and my health, my bum is less square, and my legs are toning up too.
I am less stressed around food, so thats is a weight off my shoulders!
Where has your fat gone from??

Mine seems to have gone from all over, (even my watch feels looser!) but mostly from around my middle. This is great as it gives a more toned look and a less pregnant appearance. If it continues to melt off from everywhere I should be looking quite trim for the Christmas Ball, (now I know this is some way off but there is no harm in being ahead of the pack, and by the pack I mean all the skinny bints that turn up in a few lengths of chiffon that is supposed to pass for a dress!! No green eyed monster in my house!!!)
We have a big function this Saturday and I have a new dress and it is a size smaller than the one I had for the wedding in May, so I am really really pleased about that.
Talk to you guys later, I have to go food shopping now.

Hi honney bunny and mjm, Didnt participate yesterday as the go slooooooooooooow drove me mad, I am normally very laid back. I know that my weight has gone from my tum, so am very pleased with that, have dropped a waist size in trousers as usually would have muffin top but thats a thing of the past, hurray! Dont know if Ive altered else where, but even though I havent lost much over the 90 days I know i have trimmed down, so think some of the fat must have turned to muscle, but thats fine if I keep loosing a bit and get healthier via eating and walking Im proud! I dont go as potty over biscuits now as I used to, a cup of tea without a biccy was unheard of for me, so thats under control, but I dont deny myself cake (my weakness). This week we have had two retirement parties and we have some fab cake makers, so passed on the wine, and dips and crisps but chose the cake, so gave up one for the other, happy with this. So control still there, go me go me. Im prepared to share though!

Hi Mjm and AngB
All over I think - particularly my waist and legs, but also a tiny bit from everywhere (hence the wrinkly skin!) I actually now have a waist again, which is nice.
Still some way to go, but certainly much happier about the way it's going!
I've dropped the biscuits too, completely. I occasionally have a small piece of cake but I eat it slowly and enjoy it!

Terrible isn't it... Have already started - decided I should stop slobbing around in stretchy trousers so have new jeans, raincoat, a new top and shoes. My d. says she can't believe I've got some decent clothes at last. the first of many, I hope!

Hi mjm I have not been on the forum for long and am fascinated by your posts re weight loss. Unfortunately the forum wont let me go back as far as Day 1 to see what you are all actually following, I would love to know. Must start doing something to improve my shape soon!
It sounds as if it works though!

For me it's tum and thighs and I feel more positive in general. I'm able to wear things that have been in the back of the wardrobe for several years and am determined not to do too much shopping until I've got rid of at least a stone (a little way to go on that one).

Good morning and congratulations to you all, mjm....I've just been reading all your posts regarding your weight and like Flutterfly I'd be really interested to know how you all did it? I eat healthly (most of the time) and I try to exercise....I walk a lot, do yoga and tai chi but I just can't get rid of my spare type or muffin top as its now called!! I think my age has probably got something to do with it (that's my excusese) I'd appreciate some help please

Flutterfly and shanti, Ive PMd you both.
Christina, go girl, my favourite pass time (next to the forum of course) is trying on all the clothes I havent even looked at for ages, its just the best feeling when you can do up the button and the zip isnt it, wave goodbye to that stone Christina, it will disappear!
Val I bet you look great in your new clothes, what a buzz you get. Its about time you were out of those slouchy, sloppy trousers and into something more YOU! well done.
