Could anyone tell me where I could buy (not on the internet) ascorbyl palmitate. This is the oil-soluble form of vitamin C in 'powder'form. The internet is just pulling up USA sites. I would like to make a moisturiser for my face.

What a great idea! Love the idea of anything homemade especially if it helps to keep you looking young too!!
After doing a bit of trailblazing I thought I'd tracked down a site which retails this product but on reading it again they are the capsule supplements http://www.seeknatural.co.uk/product-1236.html. I also came across this one on strawberry net http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/perricone/vitamin-c-ester-amine-complex-face-lift/ but this is a product in itself.
