Lovely news blossom. I remember feeling the same, and how wonderful it will be to see your more grown-up daughter in a couple of days. Looking back I can see that when I went through that first separation from my daughter it was the beginning of learning to let go little by little over the years.

I'm sure she's having a great time!

The gym I go to shares a site with an activity centre where kids aged about 9-13 come for a week with their school and its fantastic to see them all having so much fun out in the fresh air.

The mums were probably just as worried as you were about them before they set off but if they could only see them out there, they would be so pleased for them.

Blossom,
My daughter has just got back from a school camping trip!
It was horrible the first few days and even her sister missed her!!
Picked her up yesterday, she had had a great time but was shattered and vile with it!!!!!
Hopefully another early night she might be a bit more civil!!
Enjoy the peace!
