Good morning girls, its beautiful here this morning, I might do a spot of weeding, anything as long as I dont have to sit down!!
There is a part of the brain called the Amygdala, that keeps you safe form making any major changse in your life. Any time it senses that your going to upset the status quo, it releases stress hormones into your body to encourage you to go back to the way things have always been.
By taking one small action a day outsmarts the Amygdala by sneaking past its radar. yet the cumulative effects of these single daily actions with be nothing short of life-changing.
When you are used to doing one thing, two things is easy. when you are used to doing fifty things fifty one is just as simple.
What is one daily action you could begin taking to make changes in the important areas of your life?
Here are some examples to get you started....
To manage stress, I will: Take one deep breath a day.
To save money, I will: Put one penny into a jar.
To have more time, I will: Get up one minute earlier.
Now its your turn.....
I hope you are all having a lovely weekend.
Dont forget the golden rules!!

Little by little really works. We put all our pound coins into a pot to pay for the car tax (there's usually something leftover) and that way it's not a shock when both vehicles need taxing in the same month. You don't notice saving the odd coin here and there but if you thought about putting away an extra 20 or 30 pounds a month it would feel very different.
To stop getting stressed I'm counting to 10 before responding to certain people in the office today... (one of those days!).
