Hi carrieb glad to know you are feeling better and are spending an evening on the forum. Computer seems ok at present. Perhaps it's just the volume of catch-ups posts slowing things down? Foxie

Carrieb, have you deleted all your browsing history? if not your computer will slow down. Go to your control panel, click on internet options and 1/2 down you will see delete temporary files, cookies, browsing history, click on each of them and delete the them, it should speed up your matchine up.

Mine is fine just now, but sometimes, when my Norton thingy is active, it makes everything reeeeeally slow.
Sorry to hear you've been laid low with the flu, hope you're feeling a-okay soon!

Thanks girls and Aggie, will try this later. Feeling a bit better today but have to go out early this morning as our one and only grandaughter is 3 this weekend. We are taking her to a children's farm in the country and having a picnic there today. She is so excited about seeing and feeding the animals , really not in form but cant let her down. So keep your fingers crossed I dont faint, and we get some warm weather.
Thanks too for your well wishes, hopfully this flu is gone as I hate being sick and make a terrible patient.

Poor you, Carrie!!! Hope that you will feel all better real soon!! Hope that you will have a lovely time with your granddaughter.... that the sun comes out.... and that you will feel "top o'the morning"! My puter where it concerns the forum has been soooooo slow, and quite driven me around the bend!!! In the mornings fine, but the later in the day it was getting, the slower it got!! Do hasten to add though that my Network Adaptor died at noon time on Thursday...... and could only get back on line yesterday afternoon.... that could have been the problem with the slowness..... But the funny thing was, that other sites I went into worked pronto, but not the W&H forum.....

Hi Carrieb my computer has been really slow the past day or 2...It takes ages to log on & then when I get to the forum it takes ages to post & everything goes jumpy...It is so annoying it makes me want to give up but then I'm too scared of missing anything! On a serious note Carrie I hope you feel better soon,Bless you for trying to enjoy the outing with your little grandaughter...I hope you feel well enough & go on to have a lovely day, hugs,Cathy X
