I have checked and it was early in April that I e-mailed for two tickets to the W&H and Hobbs evening in the King's Road branch. I sent a second e-mail and left a telephone message, still no reply. I sent a third e-mail and received an automated reply from Hobbs which said that they did not get my e-mail! I rang Hobbs in Kings Road today who said I could turn up with my sister but she could not guarantee that we would get in! I rang Hobbs customer services this morning and they said they would contact me later today. I am not holding my breath. Do you think I should take the hint? I am not wanted! sob sob.

Minutes after writing my tale of misery someone from Hobbs rang to say that I was on their guest list and to stop making such a fuss! (no, I made that last bit up). As we were W&H!

Just to report back - my sister and I went to Hobbs last night and drank some lovely bubbly and enjoyed the shopping!

Hi there Issi Glad to hear your Hobbs evening with your sister worked out. I had the same problem over my W&H Jaeger tickets and in the end I was found to be on the list and I got my tickets just in time to get in and on the day!
